RP is primarily comprised of post-graduate level trainees that utilize value-based research to reform practice at given institutions. RP firmly believes that the solution to modern-day healthcare problems can only be found from within the system with post-graduate trainees as the driving force.

The driver of RP lies in the passion of youthful physicians who are dedicated to improving health systems independently of political and commercial pressure.
Our Support
RP is commissioned by clientele including foundations, colleges and universities, government agencies, and the private-sector. Philanthropic contributions, combined with earnings from RP’s endowment and operations, make possible Resident Innovations program, which supports epidemiological research and intervention on issues that are crucial to the health policy debate but reach beyond the boundaries of traditional client funding.
